no you don't need to create a new game, just make sure you're updated to the latest version. What version does it say in the bottom left of the main menu

the non-patreon against the wall outside still says it is patreon only for every character
at my game there is no against the wall option. how you see it ??
it should be outside although you will need to complete some quests first

im on the part where im supposed to find her...i checked every hour....night and day...outside the hotel
the house should be closed and wait a little outside you'd see her peeking from the back of the house next to the fence

taking them off isn't part of the quest it should have completed after doing the dialogue have you checked your quest app
