Just gonna throw my hat in the ring, Reverse Cowgirl (facing forward) would be nice, Missionary (Desk) would also be pretty good as well, and for the actual hole stuff maybe in the vag options you can change them to a pair of balls or something.

so the preg options is only working for marge at the moemnt but i have made it work for samus too, you have to actually press the preg option and its in the reception on desk scene

Miriko's unlock requirement might have to be tweaked, but that's the only complication I can think of. It's not that hard to look the other way, but it'd be really great to not have to.
