it's another subscription, the whole problem isn't that it was patreon, it's that it was another subscription

folder next to the executable
but there is
make sure you have fully unzipped the file instead of just clicking into it
I did that i used 7zip and the regular Windows unzip Feature all of the files are there i then tried renaming but that didn't work either
